SEC. 10204. VIOLENT CRIME REDUCTION SPENDING. (a) Sequestration Regarding Violent Crime Reduction Spending.— (1) Repeal.—Section 251A of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985 is repealed. (2) Table of contents.—The item relating to section 251A in the table contents set forth in section 250(a) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985 is repealed. (b) Conforming Amendment.—Section 310002 of Public Law 103–322 (42 U.S.C. 14212) is repealed.
