EXEMPTION FROM RIGHT-OF-WAY RESTRICTION.

SEC. 145. EXEMPTION FROM RIGHT-OF-WAY RESTRICTION. A facility located in part on the right-of-way of Interstate Route I-94 in Michigan and in the vicinity of the interchange of I-94 and Michigan State Route 25 is hereby exempt from the restrictions contained in section 111 of title 23, United States Code, prohibiting certain commercial establishments on rights-of-way of the Interstate System. Such exemption shall be for the purpose of permitting the Michigan Department of Transportation to enter into a lease agreement allowing the use of such facility for the sale of only those articles which are for export and for consumption outside the United States. 101 STAT. 179
