SEC. 1431. AUTHORITY TO GRANT EXEMPTIONS FROM REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS. (a) In General.—Section 4222(b)(2) (relating to export) is amended— (1) by striking “in the case of any sale or resale for export,”, and (2) by striking “Export” and inserting “Under Regulations”. (b) Effective Date.—The amendments made by subsection (a) shall take effect on the date of the enactment of this Act.
