SEC. 1444. REPEAL OF EXPIRED PROVISIONS. (a) Paragraph (2) of section 148(c) is amended by striking subparagraph (B) and by redesignating subparagraphs (C), (D), and (E) as subparagraphs (B), (C), and (D), respectively. (b) Paragraph (4) of section 148(f) is amended by striking subparagraph (E).
