SEC. 1033. RESTORATION OF LEAKING UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK TRUST FUND TAXES. Paragraph (3) of section 4081(d) is amended by striking “shall not apply after December 31, 1995” and inserting “shall apply after September 30, 1997, and before April 1, 2005”.
