SEC. 202. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE EDGAR SYSTEM. Section 35A of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (15 U.S.C. 7811) is amended— (1) by striking subsections (a), (b), (c), and (e); and (2) in subsection (d)— (A) by striking “(d)”; (B) in paragraph (2), by striking “; and” at the end and inserting a period; and (C) by striking paragraph (3).
