SEC. 907. INTERIM APPOINTMENT OF UNDER SECRETARY FOR HEALTH. The President may appoint to the position of Under Secretary for Health of the Department of Veterans Affairs, for service through June 30, 1999, the individual whose appointment to that position under section 305 of title 38, United States Code, expired on September 28, 1998.
