SEC. 511. RENAMING OF THE COURT OF VETERANS APPEARS. (a) In General.— The United States Court of Veterans Appeals is hereby renamed as, and shall hereafter be known and designated as, the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. (b) Section 7251.— Section 7251 is amended by striking “United States Court of Veterans Appeals” and inserting “United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims”.
