SEC. 421. VESSEL DOCUMENTATION CLARIFICATION. Section 12102(a)(4) of title 46, United States Code, and section2(a) of the Shipping Act, 1916 (46 U.S.C. App. 802(a)) are each amended by— (1) striking “president or other”; and (2) inserting a comma and “by whatever title,” after “chief executive officer”.
