SEC. 417. AIDS DRUG ASSISTANCE PROGRAM. Section 2618(b)(3) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C.300ff–28(b)(3)) is amended— (1) in subparagraph (A), by striking “and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico” and inserting “, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and Guam”; and (2) in subparagraph (B), by striking “the Virgin Islands, Guam”.
