SEC. 204. ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSES. Section 105 of the Appalachian Regional Development Act of 1965 (40 U.S.C. App.) is amended— (1) by striking “(a) For the period” in the first sentence and all that follows through “such expenses” in the second sentence and inserting “Administrative expenses of the Commission”; and (2) by striking subsection (b).
