Sec. 637. Section 302(g)(1) of the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 (2 U.S.C. 432(g)(1)) is amended— (1) by striking “and” after “Senator”; and (2) by inserting after “candidate,” the following: “and by the Republican and Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committees”.
