Sec. 515. Section 1 under the subheading “General Provision” under the heading “Office of Personnel Management” under title IV of the Treasury, Postal Service and General Government Appropriations Act, 1992 (Public Law 102–141; 105 Stat. 861; 5 U.S.C. 5941 note), as amended by section 532 of the Treasury, Postal Service and General Government Appropriations Act, 1995 (Public Law 103–329; 108 Stat. 2413), and by section 5 under the heading “General Provisions—Office of Personnel Management” under title IV of the Treasury, Postal Service, and General Government Appropriations Act, 1996 (Public Law 10452; 109 Stat. 490), is further amended by striking “1998” both places it appears and inserting “2000”.
