National Credit Union Administration central liquidity facility During fiscal year 1998, gross obligations of the Central Liquidity Facility for the principal amount of new direct loans to member credit unions, as authorized by the National Credit Union Central Liquidity Facility Act (12 U.S.C. 1795), shall not exceed $600,000,000: Provided, That administrative expenses of the Central Liquidity Facility in fiscal year 1998 shall not exceed $203,000: Provided further, That $1,000,000, together with amounts of principal and interest on loans repaid, to be available until expended, is available for loans to community development credit unions.111 STAT. 1380
