SEC. 702. AMENDMENTS TO THE NATIONAL DEFENSE AUTHORIZATION ACT FOR FISCAL YEAR 1995. Section 1067 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1995 (10 U.S.C. 176 note) is amended—111 STAT. 1525 (1) in subsection (a)— (A) in paragraph (1), by adding “and” at the end; (B) in paragraph (2), by striking “; and” and inserting a period; and (C) by striking paragraph (3); (2) in subsection (b)— (A) in the subsection heading, by striking “and Site of Facility”; (B) in paragraph (1), by striking “; and” and inserting a period; (C) by striking paragraph (2); and (D) by striking “Pathology—” and all that follows through “shall” in paragraph (1) and inserting “Pathology shall”; and (3) by striking subsections (c) through (e).
