Sec. 8119. Notwithstanding section 213(b) of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Reorganization Act of 1985 or any other provision of law, none102 STAT. 2270–40 of the funds in this or any other Act may be used to alter the command structure for military forces in Alaska.
