(transfer of funds) Sec. 8128. Of the funds made available by this Act to the Department of the Army, $5,500,000 shall be transferred to the Bureau of Land Management for the relocation of the smokejumper facility at Ft. Wainwright, Alaska: Provided, That such sum shall remain available until expended.
