SEC. 341. REVISION OF MEMBERSHIP TERMS FOR STRATEGIC ENVIRONMENTAL RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM SCIENTIFIC ADVISORY BOARD. Section 2904(b)(4) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking out “three” and inserting in lieu thereof “not less than two and not more than four”.
