SEC. 367. SENSE OF CONGRESS REGARDING REALIGNMENT OF PERFORMANCE OF GROUND COMMUNICATION-ELECTRONIC WORKLOAD. It is the sense of Congress that the transfer of the ground communication-electronic workload to Tobyhanna Army Depot, Pennsylvania, in the realignment of the performance of such function should be carried out in adherence to the schedule prescribed for that transfer by the Defense Depot Maintenance Council on March 13, 1997, as follows: (1) Transfer of 20 percent of the workload in fiscal year 1998. (2) Transfer of 40 percent of the workload in fiscal year 1999. (3) Transfer of 40 percent of the workload in fiscal year 2000.111 STAT. 1705
