SEC. 204. REDUCTION IN AMOUNT FOR FEDERALLY FUNDED RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT CENTERS. The total of the amounts authorized to be appropriated in section 201 that are available for Federally Funded Research and Development Centers (other than amounts for capital equipment investment) is hereby reduced by $42,000,000.
