SEC. 903. REVISION TO REQUIRED FREQUENCY FOR PROVISION OF POLICY GUIDANCE FOR CONTINGENCY PLANS. Section 113(g)(2) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— (1) in the first sentence, by striking out “annually”; and (2) in the second sentence, by inserting “be provided every two years or more frequently as needed and shall” after “Such guidance shall”.
