SEC. 923. CORRECTION TO REFERENCE TO GEORGE C. MARSHALL EUROPEAN CENTER FOR SECURITY STUDIES. (a) Correction to Reference to Name of Center.—Subsection (a) of section 506 of the Intelligence Authorization Act, Fiscal Year 1990 (Public Law 101–193; 8 U.S.C. 1430 note), is amended by striking out “the United States Army Russian Institute” and inserting in lieu thereof “the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies”. (b) Section Heading.—The heading of such section is amended to read as follows: “requirements for citizenship for staff of george c. marshall european center for security studies”.
