SEC. 1222. TEMPORARY USE OF GENERAL PURPOSE VEHICLES AND NONLETHAL MILITARY EQUIPMENT UNDER ACQUISITION AND CROSS SERVICING AGREEMENTS. Section 2350(1) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking out “other items” in the second sentence and all that follows through “United States Munitions List” and inserting in lieu thereof “other nonlethal items of military equipment which are not designated as significant military equipment on the United States Munitions List promulgated”.
