SEC. 1109. AUTHORITY FOR MARINE CORPS UNIVERSITY TO EMPLOY CIVILIAN FACULTY MEMBERS. (a) Expanded Authority.—Subsections (a) and (c) of section 7478 of title 10, United States Code, are amended by striking out “at the Marine Corps Command and Staff College” and inserting in lieu thereof “of the Marine Corps University”. (b) Clerical Amendments.—(1) The heading of such section is amended to read as follows: “§ 7478. Naval War College and Marine Corps University: civilian faculty members”. (2) The item relating to such section in the table of sections at the beginning of chapter 643 of such title is amended to read as follows: “7478. Naval War College and Marine Corps University: civilian faculty members.”.
