SEC. 2902. DEFINITION OF SIKES ACT FOR PURPOSES OF AMENDMENTS. In this title, the term “Sikes Act” means the Act entitled “An Act to promote effectual planning, development, maintenance, and coordination of wildlife, fish, and game conservation and rehabilitation in military reservations”, approved September 15, 1960 (16 U.S.C. 670a et seq.), commonly referred to as the “Sikes Act”.
