SEC. 2816. FIRE PROTECTION AND HAZARDOUS MATERIALS PROTECTION AT FORT MEADE, MARYLAND. (a) Plan.—Not later than 120 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of the Army shall submit to the congressional defense committees a plan to address the requirements for fire protection services and hazardous materials protection services at Fort Meade, Maryland, including the National Security Agency at Fort Meade, as identified in the preparedness evaluation report of the Army Corps of Engineers regarding Fort Meade. (b) Elements.—The plan shall include the following: (1) A schedule for the implementation of the plan. (2) A detailed list of funding options available to provide centrally located modem facilities and equipment to meet current requirements for fire protection services and hazardous materials protection services at Fort Meade.
