SEC. 2841. CORRECTION OF LAND CONVEYANCE AUTHORITY, ARMY RESERVE CENTER, ANDERSON, SOUTH CAROLINA. (a) Correction of Conveyee.—Subsection (a) of section 2824 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1997 (division B of Public Law 104–201; 110 Stat. 2793) is amended by striking out “County of Anderson, South Carolina (in this section referred to as the ‘County’)” and inserting in lieu thereof “Board of Education, Anderson County, South Carolina (in this section referred to as the ‘Board’)”. (b) Conforming Amendments.—Subsections (b) and (c) of such section are each amended by striking out “the County” and inserting in lieu thereof “the Board”.
