INTERNATIONAL COOPERATIVE STOCKPILE STEWARDSHIP.

SEC. 3133. INTERNATIONAL COOPERATIVE STOCKPILE STEWARDSHIP. (a) Funding Prohibition.—No funds authorized to be appropriated or otherwise available to the Department of Energy for fiscal year 1998 may be obligated or expended to conduct any activities associated with international cooperative stockpile stewardship. (b) Exceptions.—Subsection (a) does not apply to the following: (1) Activities conducted between the United States and the United Kingdom. (2) Activities conducted between the United States and France. (3) Activities carried out under title III of this Act relating to cooperative threat reduction with states of the former Soviet Union.
