SEC. 3168. IMPROVEMENTS TO GREENVILLE ROAD, LIVERMORE, CALIFORNIA. From amounts authorized to be appropriated or otherwise made available to the Department of Energy by this title, funds shall be available for improvements to Greenville Road, Livermore, California, as follows: (1) $3,500,000 in fiscal year 1998. (2) $3,300,000 in fiscal year 1999.
