SEC. 117. PRESERVING THE INTEGRITY OF FDIC RESOURCES. Section 11(a)(4)(B) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act (12 U.S.C. 1821(a)(4)(B)) is amended by striking “to benefit any shareholder of” and inserting “to benefit any shareholder or affiliate 113 STAT. 1373(other than an insured depository institution that receives assistance in accordance with the provisions of this Act) of”.
