SEC. 726. FEDERAL RESERVE AUDITS. The Federal Reserve Act (12 U.S.C. 221 et seq.) is amended by inserting after section 11A the following new section: “SEC. 11B. ANNUAL INDEPENDENT AUDITS OF FEDERAL RESERVE BANKS AND BOARD. “The Board shall order an annual independent audit of the financial statements of each Federal reserve bank and the Board.”.
