GRAND JURY PROCEEDINGS.
SEC. 740. GRAND JURY PROCEEDINGS. Section 3322(b) of title 18, United States Code, is amended—113 STAT. 1481 (1) in paragraph (1), by inserting “Federal or State” before “financial institution”; and (2) in paragraph (2), by inserting “at any time during or after the completion of the investigation of the grand jury,” before “upon”.
