SEC. 712. TECHNICAL AMENDMENT RELATING TO TRANSITIONAL HOUSING LOAN GUARANTEE PROGRAM. Section 3775 is amended— (1) by inserting “(a)” before “During each”; and (2) by adding at the end the following new subsection: “(b) After the first three years of operation of such a multifamily transitional housing project, the Secretary may provide for periodic audits of the project.”.
