LIMITATION; SAVINGS CLAUSE.

SEC. 1109. LIMITATION; SAVINGS CLAUSE. (a) Limitation.—No voluntary separation incentive payment may be paid under this title based on the separation of an employee after December 31, 2000. (b) Relationship to Other Authority.—This title supplements and does not supersede any other authority of the Secretary to pay voluntary separation incentive payments to employees of the Department.
