SEC. 712. CONGRESSIONAL INTELLIGENCE COMMITTEES DEFINED. In this title, the term “congressional intelligence committees” means the following: (1) The Select Committee on Intelligence of the Senate. (2) The Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence of the House of Representatives.
