SECTION 1. REFERENCES. Any reference in this Act to the “Mining and Mineral Resources Research Institute Act of 1984” is a reference to the Act of August 29, 1984, entitled “To establish a State Mining and Mineral Resources Research Institute program, and for other purposes” (30 U.S.C. 1221 through 1230).
