SEC. 201. POLICY FOR AIR SERVICE TO RURAL AREAS. Section 40101(a) is amended by adding at the end the following: “(16) ensuring that consumers in all regions of the United States, including those in small communities and rural and remote areas, have access to affordable, regularly scheduled air service.”.
