SEC. 107. ADJUSTMENT TO AIP PROGRAM FUNDING. (a) In General.—Chapter 481 is amended by adding at the end the following: “§ 48112. Adjustment to AIP program funding “On the effective date of a general appropriations Act providing appropriations for a fiscal year beginning after September 30, 2000, for the Federal Aviation Administration, the amount made available for a fiscal year under section 48103 shall be increased by the amount, if any, by which— “(1) the amount authorized to be appropriated under section 48101 for such fiscal year; exceeds “(2) the amounts appropriated for programs funded under such section for such fiscal year. Any contract authority made available by this section shall be subject to an obligation limitation.”. (b) Conforming Amendment.—The analysis for such chapter is amended by adding at the end the following: “§ 48112. Adjustment to AIP program funding.”.
