SEC. 123. PAVEMENT MAINTENANCE. (a) Repeal of Pilot Program.— (1) In general.—Section 47132 is repealed. (2) Conforming amendment.—The analysis for chapter 471 is amended by striking the item relating to section 47132. 114 STAT. 75 (b) Eligibility as Airport Development.—Section 47102(3) is amended by adding at the end the following: “(H) routine work to preserve and extend the useful life of runways, taxiways, and aprons at airports that are not primary airports, under guidelines issued by the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration.”.
