SEC. 746. NOISE STUDY OF SKY HARBOR AIRPORT, PHOENIX, ARIZONA. (a) In General.—The Administrator shall conduct a study on recent changes to the flight patterns of aircraft using Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix, Arizona, and the effects of such changes on the noise contours in the Phoenix, Arizona, region. (b) Report.— (1) In general.—Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Administrator shall transmit to Congress a report containing the results of the study conducted under subsection (a) and recommendations for measures to mitigate aircraft noise over populated areas in the Phoenix, Arizona, region. (2) Availability to the public.—The Administrator shall make the report described in paragraph (1) available to the public.
