POST FREE FLIGHT PHASE I ACTIVITIES.

SEC. 759. POST FREE FLIGHT PHASE I ACTIVITIES. Not later than August 1, 2000, the Administrator shall transmit to Congress a definitive plan for the continued implementation of Free Flight Phase I operational capabilities for fiscal years 2003 through 2005. The plan shall include and address the recommendations concerning operational capabilities for fiscal years 2003 through 2005 due to be made by the RTCA Free Flight Steering Committee in December 1999 that was established at the direction of the Federal Aviation Administration. The plan shall also include budget estimates for the implementation of these operational capabilities.
