SEC. 403. RELIQUIDATION OF CERTAIN NUCLEAR FUEL ASSEMBLIES. (a) In General.—Notwithstanding section 514 of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1514) or any other provision of law, upon proper request filed with the Secretary of the Treasury not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall— (1) reliquidate as free of duty the entries listed in subsection (b); and (2) refund any duties paid with respect to such entries as shown on Customs Service Collection Receipt Number 527006753.
