Mine Safety and Health Administration salaries and expenses The matter under this heading in the Departments of Labor, Health and Human Services, and Education, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2000 (as enacted into law by section 1000(a)(4) of Public Law 106–113) is amended by striking “including not to exceed $750,000 may be collected by the National Mine Health 114 STAT. 550and Safety Academy” and inserting “and, in addition, not to exceed $750,000 may be collected by the National Mine Health and Safety Academy”.
