(including rescissions) Sec. 303. (a) In addition to the amounts provided in Public Law 106–52, $35,000,000 is appropriated under the heading “Military Construction, Navy” to remain available until September 30, 2004: Provided, That such funds are authorized and shall be available for the acquisition of land at Blount Island, Florida. (B) Of the funds provided in the Military Construction Appropriations Act, 1996 (Public Law 104–32), $35,000,000 is hereby rescinded as of the date of the enactment of this Act.
