Sec. 5109. Section 207 of H. Con. Res. 290 (106th Congress) is amended as follows: (1) by reducing the limit on outlays set forth in subsection (a)(1) by $2,000,000,000; and (2) by increasing the limit on outlays set forth in subsection (a)(2) by $2,000,000,000. 114 STAT. 583 This division may be cited as the “Emergency Supplemental Act, 2000”.
