SEC. 2201. IDENTIFICATION AND NOTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS. Government agencies shall take all such measures as may be reasonable and appropriate to promptly identify and notify individuals who are (or have been) affected by a retirement coverage error of their rights under this title.
