SEC. 2207. CSRS COVERAGE DETERMINATIONS TO BE APPROVED BY OPM. No agency shall place an individual under CSRS coverage unless— (1) the individual has been employed with CSRS coverage within the preceding 365 days; or (2) the Office has agreed in writing that the agency’s coverage determination is correct.
