SEC. 104. LACKAWANNA VALLEY NATIONAL HERITAGE AREA. (a) Establishment.—There is established the Lackawanna Valley National Heritage Area. (b) Boundaries.—The Heritage Area shall be comprised of all or parts of Lackawanna County, Luzerne County, Wayne County, and Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania, determined in accordance with the compact under section 105. (c) Management Entity.—The management entity for the Heritage Area shall be the Lackawanna Heritage Valley Authority.
