SEC. 302. NONPROLIFERATION AND EXPORT CONTROL TRAINING IN THE UNITED STATES. Of the amounts made available for fiscal years 2001 and 2002 under chapter 9 of part II of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, as added by section 301, $2,000,000 is authorized to be available each such fiscal year for the purpose of training and education of personnel from friendly countries in the United States.
