SEC. 704. MTCR REPORT TRANSMITTALS. For purposes of section 71(d) of the Arms Export Control Act (22 U.S.C. 2797(d)), the requirement that reports under that section 114 STAT. 862shall be transmitted to the Congress shall be considered to be a requirement that such reports shall be transmitted to the Committee on International Relations of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Foreign Relations and the Committee on Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs of the Senate.
